I was thinking about who might be reading this blog. Are you a regular reader here? Do you want to quit smoking? Do you smoke and this caught your attention?
I would like to help myself by quitting smoking. I would also like to help YOU! Please tell me your thoughts on this subject. Is there anything else you would like to read here that you would find useful?
Has anyone been inspired to quit smoking? I am full of questions here today. Help me out and tell me what you are thinking :)

Very interesting blog... i have just started mine today, www.giveupsmokes.blogspot.com.. Not the first time I try, and hope to be rid of the nasty habit for GOOD this time. reading this blog is very inspiring... there are a few of you posting on here right?
i any cas,e well done... i'm not even done reading here. am just starting, but feeling energised and motivated!
isnt it sad that grown up people need reminding for how vital their health is??? completely crazy, yet still, this is the way i feel! go figure...
