I use a particular song to motivate myself to quit smoking. It is "Time For Me To Fly" by REO Speedwagon. I think it is time for me to whip it back out and take a listen. I listen to the words and think of my relationship with cigarettes. Take a listen to it. Even it you already know the song, thinking of it in those terms might help motivate you. It could be your theme song too!

Kelly ~ I think that you have found the perfect song! But, it makes me feel really old...they look so young. I guess that I was too at the time that the song came out too.
It is a great song for the job! It really gets me going and helps me to feel a disgust towards my relationship with cigarettes. Yep, it is an old song. It must show my age too but I freely admit that "classic rock" is my favorite!
